Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are on a fat-restricted diet; if you are taking blood thinners; or if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. Some people may experience symptoms of Herxheimer reacton (i.e. headaches, nausea, chill, fatigue, muscle ache, low-grade fever, hypotension). Other side effects may include vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and bloating. Many of the above symptoms may be alleviated by drinking in smaller portions and more slowly.
